Digital items such as ebooks and audiobooks are available for immediate download. Check your email after purchase for the download information.

Book boxes are hand packed, and signed books must be handled by the author. Most boxes ship within 2-3 business days, but sometimes a few extra days are needed to get the signature.

Unsigned paperbacks are shipped through Bookvault US or Bookvault UK, depending on the the final destination, and are typically printed within 5 days of the order.

Orders for merch items are shipped through the printer as apparel and accessories are printed to order. Most ship within 3 business days, but a few items take up to 5 business days to ship.
