- How do I get my ebook or audio?

Ebooks and audiobooks are available immediately for download.
Signed books and book boxes are hand packed by Deanna and ship within 2-3 business days.
Unsigned paperbacks are printed through Bookvault US or UK within 5 days and then shipped directly to you.
Merch will vary a lot. Some is packed by Deanna, like the crochet pickles, sticker sheets, and makeup bags and will ship in 2-3 days. The clothing is made to order at the print shop. Most will ship in 3-5 days, however a few of the shops are not in the US and will take longer to arrive. You will get tracking, however, and get an idea. If you aren't sure about a timeline for wearables and need it by a certain date, just ask us!
- I never got my coupon!
The email coupon often goes to the spam box. Please search for Love Story Box in your email and it should show. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to reach you.
The text coupon takes about a minute to arrive on your phone.

- Why are signed books more than unsigned ones?
Signed books have to be shipped to me for the signature, and then shipped to you! That costs a little more due to the extra travel.
Unsigned books are printed to order at Bookvault and sent straight to you. This is a great option if you don't care about the signature, especially if a book is sold out for what I have on hand to sign.
- When will an item be back in stock?
It depends on what it is! The books themselves often take about two weeks to get in. Some items are custom-ordered and can take a month or more. Always feel free to ask about a specific item here in the chat or via our contact form.
- Why did my credit card statement say Casey Shay Press?
